Solid Protection Plan - 10-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY

Pinnacle Countertop Solutions warrants to the original purchaser that, its product, Pinnacle Solid Surface, when installed by a Certified Pinnacle Fabricator, shall be free from defects in material, workmanship, fabrication and installation under normal use and service, for ten (10) years from the date of sale to the original purchaser.

Pinnacle shall repair or replace the product that is affected, at its discretion, free of charge to the original purchaser. This Warranty only applies to Pinnacle Solid Surface, which is stored, handled, fabricated, and installed in the manner recommended in the Pinnacle Solid Surface Fabrication Guide provided by Pinnacle. This Warranty shall not apply to damage arising from any of the following.

  1. Accidents, abuse or misuse
  2. Exposure to extreme heat
  3. Improper maintenance, including improper grout or caulk
  4. Alteration or repair by one other than a Certified Pinnacle Solid Surface Fabricator.

Pinnacle’s obligation hereunder is limited solely to the repair or replacement, including necessary reasonable labor charges, of the Pinnacle Solid Surface purchased hereunder. No other warranties, express or implied, are made, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

Under no circumstances shall Pinnacle be liable for any loss or damage arising from the purchase, use or inability to use this product, or for any special, indirect, incidental or consequential damages.

PINNACLE SOLID SURFACE SINKS
Solid Protection Plan - 10-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY

Pinnacle Countertop Solutions, LP warrants to the original end-use purchaser that manufacturer will, at option, repair or replace any Pinnacle Solid Surface Sink product purchased after May 8, 1998 without charge, reimburse the purchaser for the reasonable cost of repair or replacement, or refund the original purchase price if such product develops visible defects or otherwise fails due to any manufacturing defect within (10) ten years after date of initial installation.

For coverage under this warranty, fill out and mail in the warranty registration card. For services under this warranty, you must notify manufacturer in writing, providing your name and address, a description of the products involved and the nature of the defect or failure, and if possible a copy of the warranty registration or other information including date of initial installation. Repair or replacement shall include reasonable labor charges needed to repair or replace the defective product, but not the removal, repair, or replacement of fixtures, hardware or decorative treatments (such as floor, wall and ceiling treatments).

This Warranty does not cover:

  1. Minor conditions such as stains, scratches, water spots and burns, which due to the unique properties of Solid Surface products may be corrected by scouring with an abrasive cleanser or by other techniques specified in the cleaning and care instructions included with your product available on our website by contacting us at the address below.
  2. Failure of joints or seams or any adhesive caulk or other accessory.
  3. Failure or degradation of decorative edge treatments
  4. Discoloration or blushing of material due to improper care and cleaning methods.
  5. Use or purposes other than normal interior residential use in the United States or Canada.
  6. Any products moved from their original place of installation.
  7. Damage due to improper installation of the product, or any plumbing, drains, hardware or other attachments

Manufacturer’s obligation under this warranty is limited to the remedies specified in the first paragraph of this warranty. No implied or express warranty is of merchant ability or fitness or a particular use or any other warranty except those specifically stated in this warranty or required by the law granted. Except for the remedies described in this warranty, manufacturer has no liability for any loss or any damages, arising out of the use or inability to use solid surface products.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights, which will vary from state to state or in canada, from province to province. Federal law does not permit the disclaimer or modification of implied warranties arising under applicable state law for consumer products. However, any of such implied warranties shall expire at the earlier of the expiration of the period of the implied warranty required under state law. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts or the exclusion or limitations or the limitation or incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations and exclusions may not apply to you.

STAINLESS STEEL SINKS
Solid Protection Plan - LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY

This warranty applies only to the original owner. Manufacturer will replace without charge (excluding labor for re-installation and transportation), any Stainless Steel sink supplied by Pinnacle Countertop Solutions, LP that is proven to be defective, with an equivalent replacement, within the specified appropriate period from date of purchase, to the original owner, provided it has been used solely in a residential application and installed in accordance with the manufacturer’s installation instructions, used and cleaned as recommended, and not damaged due to abuse, misuse, or negligence.

(In the event of warranty claim, the owner will be required to provide proof of purchase; please save sales receipts.)

This warranty will not cover any damages that might be caused by the product. (Some states do not allow such limitation, so this reference may not apply to you.)

Manufacturer reserves the right to inspect any sink reported to be defective prior to replacement of the sink. All decisions are final. Replacement cost EXCLUDES transportation and any labor costs for the removal or reinstallation.

Manufacturer shall not be liable in case of:

  • Improper Installation/ Modification
  • Damages resulting from abuse, such as heavy impact or dropped objects
  • Improper care or maintenance.
  • Damages resulting from improper care or maintenance.
  • Scuffs or scratches.
  • Improper applications (such as exposure to corrosive chemicals, photographic Solutions, etc.)
  • Any modifications made to the product after it left Manufacturer’s premises.
  • Commercial application.

This warranty supersedes all other warranties, expressed or implied.
The foregoing warranties are exclusive and made only for the buyer.

NO OTHER WARRANTY, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE SHALL BE DEEMED TO EXIST IN CONNECTION WITH ANY OF THE GOODS OR SERVICES SUPPLIED HEREUNDER, AND ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES FOR A PERIOD GREATER THAN THE HEREBY EXCLUDED. MANUFACTURER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES IN ANY WAY RELATED TO THE GOODS OR SERVICES SUPPLIED HEREUNDER.

HANSTONE FINE QUARTZ SURFACES
Residential for North America - 10-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY

Hanwa L & C Corporation (hereunder "Hanwha") warrants to the original purchaser in the U.S. and Canada that its product Hanstone Quartz Surfaces, shall be free from defect in material under normal use and service, for ten (10) years from date of installation to the original purchaser. Hanwha, at its discretion, will repair or replace product failures due to manufacturing defect during the 10 years following initial installation. This residential warranty is transferable within the 10-year period following initial installation, provided the new owner registers with Hanwha in writing.

The professional fabricator/installer is responsible to inspect the Hanstone material before fabricating and/or installing the Hanstone product. It is also the end user's responsibility to inspect the finished product before permanent installation. This warranty applies to Hanstone Quartz Surface product only, for interior, residential application(s) in North America. This warrenty is void unless the product has been paid for in full.

This Residential Limited Warranty for Hanstone Quartz Surfaces does not cover:

  1. Failure to comply with Hanwha's recommended storage, handling, usage, fabrication/installation guide, and care & maintenance guidelines. .
  2. Fabrication or Installation Error.
  3. Damage caused by accidents, abuse, misuse, and exposure to extreme heat, act of nature, job-site conditions or structural movement.
  4. Installed Hanstone Quartz Surface product that is removed from their original place of installation.
  5. Seam Appearance.
  6. Supplemental repair including, but not limited to electrical, tile or wall surfaces, and plumbing modifications, necessary to repair Hanstone .
  7. Product usage for commercial application(s) including but not limited to, installation in store, office or other place of business.
  8. Minor conditions such as stains or water spots.

NO OTHER WARRANTIES,EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, ARE MAED INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. EXCEPT AS PROVIDED HEREIN, HANWHA IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS OR DIRECT, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES AS A RESULT OF THE INABILITY TO USE HANSTONE. THIS WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS, AND YOU MAY ALSO HAVE OTHER RIGHTS, WHICH VARY FROM STATE TO STATE. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
